Back by popular demand, and I am coming in hot.
I go through a bad review the show got and use it to demonstrate the mental prison some Americans find themselves in.

We discuss what the Bible has to say about True Prophets and False Prophets and use that to guide us through the maze of the modern day False Prophet, the self proclaimed Expert.
Expertise is a cherished achievement and we should celebrate true experts, but it has become evident that many of these people are not pursuing truth but rather money and power.  
We go thru several false prophecies regarding Covid, Climate, and the Economy, etc. made by these charlatans and give them some advice.
If you are batting 0 for 10 on your prophecies, step aside and make way for the Truth.

Out of the Mouth of Babes

Today join us as Luke and I have a thoughtful conversation with some children.  The phrase "Out of the Mouth of Babes" comes out of Psalm 8. Jesus quotes this psalm as the children were praising him while the Religious Leaders (Experts) rejected him.
When Jesus's adult followers were asking who is the greatest, he grabbed a child and said unless you come to me like this child you will never enter the Kingdom.
Adults have a lot of ego and PRIDE, sometimes too much pride to ask questions and learn, as you will see with these little ones, that is not something they struggle with as much.  God hates PRIDE as it keeps us from seeking Him.

Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Played....

Today I have a conversation with a friend that works for the Chicago Police Department.  In particular we are going to discuss his work in deterring online threats to children.  We will provide some insights into the very sinister things adults are doing to harm and manipulate children online that leads to terrible outcomes.
We discuss some simple things we can all do to prevent these things from happening, why it is happening, and exactly WHO is behind it. 
 
When you hear the things being done, there is no other explanation other than it being demonic. 
 
I am grateful for Trevor and the work he does, and welcome you to join us as he discusses his decision to get involved in this work, the challenges it presented to his faith, as he wrestled with the question, we all ask, "How can a good God allow such terrible things?"

E.P.A. - Going Green or Making Green?

Today I have a chat with the founder of Clean Up Give Back Donna Adam. 
 
Donna and I will discuss her groups mission of cleaning up our Forest Preserves of litter, and especially getting plastic bags and wrapping out of our environment.  She has programs to collect these plastic products that traditional recycling cannot process. 
These bags end up in landfills breaking down and getting into our water and soil.
Donna's group will drop off a box at your business, church, or organization so you can collect these bags.  She will then pick them up , and get them to a company that turns them into decking, and keeping it out of our environment.
 
We will discuss real life examples of the wasteful spending on technologies and processes that do not help the environment and might actually be making things worse all in the pursuit of profits, under the guise of caring for the environment.
 
Join us as we understand what drives policy at agencies like the E.P.A., and what we can do to turn the ship around and focus on keeping our Air, Water, and Land clean and free of Toxins.
 
 

Religious Freedom - COVID Firings

Attorney Lucas Fuksa joins me in a conversation on all the above as he is in the midst of a couple cases where individuals lost their job as a result of choosing not to take the Covid-19 shot.
 
John Adams - "Our Constitution was made for only for a moral and religious people.  It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
 
Our courts application of our laws and rights, is highly contingent on there being moral judges that seek to interpret the law and not "litigate from the bench" imposing their will on people.

A Politician playing Pastor

Today I read a letter I wrote during the George Floyd riots I just came across.  I shared it with my wife and she told me it would make a great episode.  Now I know why I wrote it even though no one ever read it.
In harmony with the theme of seeking for yourself and not relying on self-proclaimed "experts", I share with you today.
We walk through how you can understand the Bible for yourself, at least knowing what you need to know.  I share my desire to implement fasting in my life, not to lose weight, or as a ritual that makes me feel like I am earning God's favor but releasing myself from the slave-master food is for many of us.
The letter is in response to a rally held by a local "church" that obviously is not interested in what the Bible has to say, but only in crafting God's word to seize POWER and make the world in their own image.
I also give an account of the conversation with the "Pastor" that knowingly twisted the Bible to seek her own agenda and my response to her.
It breaks my heart as so many have been hurt by churches based on manmade religions rooted in power, and do not seek what God has to say about LOVE.
Seek what HE has in store for you, ETERNAL LIFE and LOVE as opposed to slavery to a manmade ideology.
Put LOVING before Voting.

Slavery to Freedom

Today join me as I have a conversation with a neighbor of mine, Luke D. and discuss his journey from slavery to freedom from addiction.
Luke details how he became dependent on drugs and alcohol to bring him peace and identity.  He then discusses how after pursuing different world-views, came upon the Gospel of Jesus and came to faith in Him who has the power to take away his addiction.
I hope you find Luke's story as convicting and as encouraging as I did.

Debating Money, Politics, and God with a Friend - Part Two

Part 2 of my conversation with my friend Ilya Zlotnik.
This one gets hot as we unpack the difference between Religion and God, walking thru evidence for there being a Creator or not.
We also talk about the religion Ilya has adopted in his life called Stoicism.  We ask the question of who defines morality and virtue?
I then ask Ilya to consider what has more value a child born deaf, dumb, and without limbs, or a Triple Crown winning horse.

Debating Money, Politics, and God with a Friend - Part One

Join us as I converse with a friend about all of the things we are not supposed to talk about: God, Religion, and Politics.
Ilya Zlotnik is a financial planner and a friend I have gotten to know these last few years.  We have engaged in many spirited debates on things ranging from Donald Trump, the Economy, the Federal Reserve, Response to 2008 Financial Crisis, Covid Response, Globalism, and Morality.
Our convos have gotten passionate to say the least, and we are inviting you in on one of them today where we will cover some of the above and challenge each other.
My hope is that you hear something you have not before, regardless of who you agree with, and glean some insight into how underlying worldview translates to our approach and views to the aforementioned topics. 
I holding a Biblical worldview whereas Ilya, although Jewish, holds a secular one.
The conversation lasted so long I broke into two parts.
Part one revolves around Money and Politics, and Part Two will go into Morality, Ethics, Religion, and God. Stay tuned.
